- SHIPMENT DAYS ARE ONLY ON MONDAY MORNINGS! WEEKEND ORDERS ARE PROCESSED ON MONDAY & SHIPPED ON WEDNESDAYS. Payments are made using PayPal check out.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and packed. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, and take approximately 2-3 business days. (NOT WEEKENDS) (Priority Mail) Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent via Paypal to the email address provided with the purchase. Weekend orders (Friday to Sunday) are processed on Monday and mailed out on Wednesday.
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping, unless it is a pre-order item. Pre-Order items take about (1-2 weeks).
- NayaVista isn’t responsible for any lost items or Damaged items.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. NayaVista is not responsibility for package that state have been delivered.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
- We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
- If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.
- If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on our shipment days. ALL orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship.
- We do not cover shipping fee on returned items.
- No returns or exchanges. All sales final from NayaVista.
- Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
- Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. This includes ALL hair orders!
- Make sure you are checking to with the correct sizes and items.
- We DO NOT accept hair packages back for returns, For sanitary reasons.

- All International customers packages may require addition processing time. NayaVista is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.
