SHIPPING POLICY (Please Read before checking out)
- Payments are made using PayPal check out. Shipment days are on Mondays & Wednesday's.
- ALL orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed and packed (Estimated wait time after your order has been placed is one week). Weekends and holidays are NOT included. All items are shipped via USPS items are shipped priority mail. we do NOT offer express or overnight shipment.
- Pre-order items take 7-10 business days to process then shipped unless shipment day is listed.
- Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package you will need to contact USPS customer service on updates with tracking. We are not responsible for any delays or appointments.
- NayaVista isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or Damaged items.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
- We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
- If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on our shipment days. ALL orders take 3-5 business days to process, pack and ship.
- We do not cover shipping fee on returned items.
- No returns or exchanges. All sales final from NayaVista.
- Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
- Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. This includes ALL hair orders!
- Make sure you are checking to with the correct sizes and items.
- We DO NOT accept hair packages back for returns, For sanitary reasons.
- All hair orders are FINAL sale on NayaVista, unless something is worked out with the store owner
- ALL MAKEUP & ACCESSORIES ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS
- Are for hair orders only. Accessories are not shipped out of the U.S
- All International customers packages may require addition processing time. NayaVista is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.
- PLEASE NOTE: If any NayaVista purchases made at shopnayavista.com is returned to NayaVista due to unpaid charges. We will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.

- 3-6 day International Shipping: $45 (Express)
- 6-10 day International Shipping: $25 (Standard)
